Warqi Paratha

Warqi Paratha is a delicate, multi-layered Indian flatbread known for its crispy and flaky texture. The "warq" (meaning "layer" in Urdu) refers to the thin layers created by rolling and folding the dough repeatedly.

• Brush the surface of the rolled dough with a generous amount of ghee or oil.
• Roll the folded dough back into a ball and let it rest for a few minutes. This process will create the layers inside the paratha.
