Sarson Ka Saag (Seasonal)

Sarson Ka Saag is a classic Punjabi dish made from mustard greens (sarson) and other leafy greens, cooked with a blend of spices to create a flavorful and hearty dish. It's traditionally served during the winter months and is often paired with Makki Ki Roti (cornmeal flatbread) for an authentic Punjabi meal.

• Simmer the saag : Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the saag to thicken. Stir occasionally. Add water if necessary to adjust the consistency of the saag.
• Pour the tadka : Once the garlic is golden, pour the tempering over the cooked saag and stir well.
