• Prepare the marinade : In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, fresh coriander and mint leaves, chopped onion, garam masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, salt, mustard oil or ghee, cashew nut paste (or ground almonds), saffron, and Kashmiri red chili powder (if using).
