Methi Malai Matar

Methi Malai Matar is a rich and creamy North Indian curry made with fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), green peas (matar), and a luscious cream-based gravy.

• Cook methi : Add the chopped methi leaves (or Kasuri Methi if using dried) to the pan and sauté for 2-3 minutes until they soften.
