Soya Chaap Masala is a rich and creamy North Indian curry made with tender soya chaap pieces cooked in a spiced onion-tomato gravy.

• Shallow fry the chaap : Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the marinated soya chaap pieces until golden brown. Set aside.
• Sauté onions: Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
