Kesari Malai Kofta

Kesari Malai Kofta is a luxurious Indian dish made with soft, saffron-infused paneer and potato koftas, simmered in a rich and creamy saffron (Kesari) and cashew-based gravy.

• Stuff the koftas : Take a small portion of the dough, flatten it, and place a bit of chopped cashew nuts and raisins in the center. Seal and roll into smooth balls.
• Fry the koftas : Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the koftas on medium heat until golden brown. Remove and set aside on a paper towel.
