Murgh Malai Tikka

Murgh Malai Tikka is a creamy, tender chicken dish, traditionally prepared in a tandoor. However, when cooking it in a handi, the result is a soft, flavorful chicken with a creamy texture, enhanced by slow cooking.

• Prepare the marinade : In a bowl, combine yogurt, fresh cream, ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice, chopped green chilies, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, cardamom powder, kasuri methi, salt, black pepper powder, and mustard oil or ghee.
• Garnish : Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves. You can also add a dash of garam masala for a more aromatic finish.
