Matar Mushroom

Matar Mushroom is a delightful North Indian curry made with green peas (matar) and mushrooms cooked in a flavorful, mildly spiced tomato-based gravy.

• Cook mushrooms : Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until they release water and turn slightly golden. Remove and set aside.
• Add ginger-garlic paste : Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté until fragrant.
