Gurda Kaleji

Gurda Kaleji is a traditional and popular dish in South Asian cuisine, especially in Indian, Pakistani, and Afghan households. It's made using mutton or goat kidney (gurda) and liver (kaleji), cooked with a blend of spices to create a flavorful and aromatic dish.

• Soak the kidney and liver in water with a little salt for about 15-20 minutes to remove any impurities.
• Add tomatoes and green chilies: Add chopped tomatoes and slit green chilies to the pan. Cook until the tomatoes break down and become soft.
