Gosht Saagwala

Gosht Saagwala is a rich, flavorful dish made by cooking tender mutton in a creamy spinach-based gravy.

• Boil water in a pot, add a pinch of salt, and blanch the spinach for 2-3 minutes. Drain and immediately transfer to ice-cold water to retain the vibrant green color.
• Blend the blanched spinach with green chilies, garlic, and ginger into a smooth paste. Set aside.
