Pudina Naan

Pudina Naan is a flavorful variation of the traditional naan, infused with fresh mint leaves (pudina). The mint adds a refreshing, aromatic flavor that pairs wonderfully with rich curries, dals, and grilled dishes.

• Wet the top side of the rolled-out naan and stick it to the inside of the tandoor.
• Cook for 2-3 minutes until the naan puffs up and turns golden brown with slight charring.
• Carefully remove the naan using tongs.
